Customer Care Training Programme



The Terp Group Customer Care Training programme® has been designed specifically for the Ugandan market in order to assist organizations with new customer and client services demands. The course equips employees with effective and polite customer service, emphasizing empathy, language, tone and how to manage various scenarios.


It is practical and addresses local cultural values as well as international ones and assists organizations to establish an internationalized Customer care, sales and client services. This course was built in response to a strong need expressed by many corporate opening offices in Uganda and finding quality labour with a low appreciation of customer care.
