TERPGROUP launches its newest product: The Education Journal. This is a bi-monthly informative publication that serves to educate the public on the goings on in the Education Sector in Uganda and in East Africa as a whole.

This is a publication which aims to enlighten Ugandans on the wise array of issues affecting Ugandans. The magazine aims to foster objective coverage of the Education Sector in Uganda and enlighten Ugandans on the wide array of issues pertaining to this sector.

The Magazine also acts to enhance the interaction of the Ministry of Education & Sports with the general public. It is an effective forum for education issues discussion with key stakeholders as : The Government, Parents, NGOs, Teachers, Students & the general public.

June 28th 2006: Meredith Bates joins TERP as the new HR Manager. Meredith has a BSC degree inhuman and organisational development specialising in International Leadership and Development from the University of Tennessee, USA.

She has worked in South Africa as a primary school teacher in several townships outside of Port Elizabeth. She brings on to the team a vibrant energy and great HR Operations Management skills very crucial to the growth and development of the organisation.

July 15TH 2006: The second issue of the Education Journal is released. This issue details the intricacicies of Financing the Education Sector at al levels. Particular attention is made to the budget reading and funds therein allocated to the Education sector in the financial year o6/07.

July 20th 2006: The Education Journal signs a distribution agreement with the Monitor Publications, appointing them the official distributors of the publication. Monitor Publications has an extensive countrywide distribution network and this agreement will ensure that the magazine is able to reach a larger target audience countrywide.
