Annest graduated in 2005 with a Bachelors Degree in Arts from Makerere University.

Since joining TERP in 2008, Annest has held the responsibility of identifying new markets and business opportunities for the company in the area of Executive Communication Skills Training and Event Management.

She visits and develops relationships with potential customers to prospect for new business.

Her interactions have taken her before high-profile brands in Uganda, negotiating training packages and specifications with clients.
