Odrek Rwabwogo is a pioneer of Public relations consulting in Uganda. He established TERP consult, one of the first Public Relations Firms in Uganda almost ten years ago. He started the company on return from Cardiff, Wales where he graduated with a Masters in Journalism Studies.
It was during his studies in the United Kingdom that he took an interest in the specialist field of Public Relations, although he had already accumulated vast amount of experience in both the print and broadcast media.

Brian Rwehabura
Brian holds a Bachelors degree in Tourism marketing and is currently pursuing an MBA from ESAMI in Arusha. He is one of the longest serving officers for TERP and has vast experience in the design and implementation of communication strategies.  His accounts range from both private and Public sector clients.  He has been the leader for TERP in the implementation of communication strategies for the Common Wealth Heads of State Meeting in Kampala 2007. His work has been featured in communication proposals within the East African region.

Olivia Nalubwama
Her role is to root for publicity on behalf of our clients and to manage Media relationships between the clients, the media and our company. Olivia is our company’s ‘trouble shooter’ and has helped various clients get the required visibility for their product launches and programmes. She holds a degree in Mass Communication and has over four years’ experience in Media, publicity and creative writing. Olivia is responsible for writing press releases and motivating the media to publicize our clients through a carefully planned and sustained process.

Allan Mugisha
Allan has been in the events and promotions business for the past three years and has over 5 years of experience marketing FMCGs. He has been our head of sales, promotions and marketing for the Education Journal, our education news magazine and moved into events mid 2007. Allan is responsible in conceptualizing, planning and executing events for our clients. He has vast experience in Logistics management and has worked with various clients on product launches in Uganda.
